Giuseppina Di Foggia is Managing Director and Vice President of Nokia Italy and Country Manager for Malta. As of January 2023, she is also Head of Business Development for South and Central EUROPE in NOKIA.
She began her career in ACTS R&D projects funded by the European Union for third-generation (3G) mobile network planning and deployment and then joined Lucent Technologies Bell Labs Innovations in 1998, which then became Alcatel-Lucent since 2006 and Nokia since 2016.
She is a member of the Board of Directors of Luiss Business School S.p.A. and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Gpi S.p.A. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of Cefriel, of the Executive MBA of LUMSA University, of the Foreign Investors Advisory Board of Confindustria, of Assolombarda, chairman of the Social Inclusion Steering Committee in Confindustria Digitale and member of the General Council of Anitec-Assinform.
In 2021 she was appointed a Knight of Labor by President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella.

She was also Forbes best CEO of the year in the TLC category in 2021.
Di Foggia graduated with a master’s degree in electronic engineering from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” becoming a professional engineer. She obtained a master’s degree in Professional Program Management at the Stevens Institute (USA). and attended specialized and general management courses at the SDA Bocconi in Milan and at the Luiss Business School in Rome.
