Executive Chair and Co-Founder of BlueVoyant and Capitolis, cyber defense and fintech companies, respectively, he is also a General Partner in Communitas Capital and managing partner of Angelic Ventures. From 1993 through 2011 he worked at Reuters Group and its successor company, Thomson Reuters. Prior to that he was an M&A lawyer at Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York, Paris and Tokyo.
